The Ministry Assistant to the Creative Media Director is a people person who is gifted administratively but loves people, children, and families. The Ministry Assistant will provide administrative support for the departmental director with a high level of independence, initiative, confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

GROW Pastor

The Grow Pastor is a Christ-centered individual, strong and growing in his faith, a student of the Bible, “above reproach” (I Timothy 3 and Titus 1), and active in the church. He should be currently demonstrating a Christ-like lifestyle that represents the church and the hands and feet of Christ in the broader community. The Grow Pastor should have a passion for fellowship and be a gifted connector who can easily connect believers to others. The Grow Pastor should be relationally driven and passionate about equipping the church for missional living. The Grow Pastor outwardly demonstrates an externally focused life, applying his own God-transformed life to impact the lives of others. He will be directly involved in shepherding the ministry leaders and participants of Kids, Students, College, Men, Women, Small Groups, and the Institute.
