Soul Care Ministry has walked besides hundreds, who for one reason or another have suffered. We have seen God heal the broken hearted, free the captive, and comfort those who are grieving through faithful teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His Word.
Soul Care Ministry exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ by ministering the Word of God to give hope to those who are struggling no matter the situation so that they come to KNOW Jesus, GROW to be like Jesus, and GO to serve Jesus for the glory of God.

Biblical Counseling
In today’s complex world that is filled with suffering and sin, God’s truth is desperately needed through the hope that He has provided through His Word, the Bible, to give us clear answers for life’s problems and questions. God has given us everything we need for life and godliness. Therefore, the one who seeks and follows God’s ways for life can have great hope, experience contentment, and have clear direction to handle all of the pressures of life.
Hope Groups
Hope Groups exist to bring real hope to those who are suffering either due to circumstances out of their control or choices that they have made. Our Hope Groups offer immediate help in specific areas and are open to everyone.

Marriage is a gift from God and designed by Him to be fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding. The premarital ministry allows engaged or seriously dating couples the unique opportunity to learn, seek wisdom, and receive counsel about marriage in an engaging and authentic environment. We want to help you discover God's blueprint for marriage and learn how to enjoy it for a lifetime. Our premarital process provides mentoring by an experienced couple and biblical training for marriage in a classroom setting.

Hope for the Newly Married
Hope for the Newly Married is a ministry designed to help newly married couples navigate the joys, excitements, and new surprises that arise in the first few years of marriage in a way that glories our Lord. For more information please click here.
The group will meet the first and third Sunday of each month and is for couples who have been married for 3 years or less. Registration is open year-round. Visit the link here for more information.

The Premarital Ministry at Crossroads allows engaged or seriously dating couples the unique opportunity to learn biblical principles, seek wisdom and receive counsel about marriage in an engaging and authentic environment.

Premarital Mentoring
Premarital Mentoring gives couples a chance to learn from an experienced married couple. Couples will complete an online assessment that will to used as a guide during the mentoring process. Couples will be asked to sign a purity contract (see Slack) the first-time meeting with the mentor couple. The couple and mentors will meet approximately 6 times to review the assessment results and work through a corresponding workbook or other material that Crossroads Community Church supports. The dates / times / location of each meeting will be determined by both couples. It is ideal if the premarital process is started at least 6 months before the wedding. Hope Before We Say I Do Class
The Premarital Class lays a biblical foundation for and focus on understanding God’s design for marriage. This classroom setting will give couples the opportunity to address common marriage questions and challenges from a biblical perspective. Classes include teaching, discussion, and weekly homework.

Loss of a loved one is something no one wants to experience but it is something most will experience in their lifetime. Everyone grieves differently. Crossroads desires to walk alongside those experiencing grief, provide hope, and help them begin to find their new normal after loss.
Hope in Grief
Hope in Grief is a ministry designed to help those who are hurting from a loss of a loved one and to begin to heal and have hope again. There is no timeline on grief and this ministry was created to meet you where you are at in your journey.

Hope For Men’s Purity
Hope for Men’s Purity is a group designed to help men pursue physical and mental purity by understanding God’s sovereignty, will, and power over their lives. Discover the amazing power of scripture to guide men in putting off the flesh and putting on the spirit, and how this is the key to lasting victory in this important battle that millions of Christians men face daily. The minimum age requirement is 18 to participate.

Biblical Counseling is discipleship. It is ministering the Word of God to give hope to those who are struggling no matter the situation so that they come to know Jesus, grow to be like Jesus, and go to serve Jesus for the glory of God.

Who Do We Help?
Crossroads Community Church offers counseling to those who are seeking biblical instruction that are experiencing suffering and/ or caught in sin. We do not require family membership to receive biblical counseling through Crossroads but we do require regular church attendance at Crossroads Community Church, and consider Crossroads their church home.
What Do We Counsel?
Biblical Counseling is helpful for any situation that you may be facing- marriage, parenting, relationship issues, addictions, issues of the past, trauma, fear, anger, grief, depression, anxiety, etc.
How Do We Counsel?
“His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him.” - 2 Peter 1:3
We believe God has provided everything we need to live a hope filled, God honoring life through His Word. Our goal is to provide counsel in an accurate, encouraging, and practical way through Scripture so that you are complete in Christ Jesus.
Who Counsels?
Our counselors have completed or are in the process of completing their Biblical Counselor certification through an organization called Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). Our counselors are not licensed health care professionals, medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, family or marriage child counselors or clinical social workers and are not licensed by the state and are not under the regulatory authority of any governmental agency.
What’s The Cost?
There is no cost for Biblical Counseling through Crossroads. Our desire is to walk life with those who are suffering and share the hope that is found in God’s Word. You may be asked to purchase materials (books, videos, etc.) to assist in the counseling process but please let your counselor know if finances are a concern. We never want money to be an obstacle.
What is Expected
Your counselor will expect the following 4 things from you:
A willingness to grow and change
Timeliness and commitment to counseling sessions
Completion of homework
Weekly church attendance

Hope Beyond Cancer
Hope Beyond Cancer provides a source of Christ-centered comfort and compassion to those who suffer from cancer. Battling cancer is one of the most difficult trials of a person’s life. While everyone’s symptoms and disease are different, the experience can be lonely and filled with sadness and grief, so our desire is to come alongside them and walk the journey together.
