Vision Saturday
If you serve in any capacity or are looking to find a place to serve, make plans to join us for Vision Saturday on August 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Come enjoy a catered breakfast from Chick-fil-A and a message from Chick-fil-A store owner and Crossroads family member, Rudy Neal. Anniversary Sunday

Meet the staff and elders and gain an appreciation for our history and hope for the future.
LAC 201 Live As Family - September 22 - October 13 (4-week class) | 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Introduces key concepts and our church values in helping each other follow Jesus. This class also begins the Small Group experience for all.
LAC 301 Join Our Family - October 20 | 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
It is our hope that those who have been part of our church for a season will decide to formally become part of our church family. This Sunday class will give you more details about what we believe and will allow you to ask any questions you may have regarding our church, structure, vision and organization.

ReEngage Marriage Ministry: ReEngage is a marriage enhancement and restoration course that seeks to revive, restore and replenish marriages with a new spirit of God’s design in a way that is sustainable - benefitting couples, families and the community. Beginning on August 29, this class is 15 weeks long on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
Women's Summer Nights: Women of Crossroads, please join us on August 23 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. as we come together to spend time in worship and teaching, as well as dessert and community with other women. The cost is $5.
Walk Thru the Bible: Join us on September 7 for Walk Thru the Bible: Old Testament Live from 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. Breakfast is included. See the Bible come to life, grow in knowledge of the Word, and deepen your connection with the Lord through hand signs and stories. The more you understand His story, the more His words change your life. Adult Registration: $15, Student Registration: $12, Child Registration: $10 or Family Registration: $50. Childcare is available for $10.
TEN MINISTRY

If Crossroads is your home church, we are asking every adult at Crossroads to commit to giving $5 per week to TEN. Sign up for a weekly electronic transfer on the TEN website today. Believe with us that TEN will change our world and another's eternity.
GO MINISTRY
Go Spotlight: Nathan and Naomi were previously serving in Central Asia, but last spring they had to return to the States after being evacuated due to threats of their safety. Nathan and Naomi are currently living in Santa Clarita, where they just enjoyed the birth of their third child. They are planning to leave again for the missions field in October of 2019, this time to South Asia, where they plan to continue their passion for church planting among unreached Muslim people groups. The Gappers' main goals in this next term will be build relationships through the practice of hospitality and to start evangelistic Bible studies with their target people group. They will be visiting us on Sunday, August 25, so please stop by their table in the lobby and hear about their ministry all God is doing in their lives!
Walk for Life: Save the date for this year's annual SCV Pregnancy Center Walk for Life on Saturday, September 28. The Walk will begin right here at Crossroads, with registration opening at 8 a.m. and the walk starting at 9 a.m. Sign up today online at www.scvpc.org/walk-for-life! This event is great to sign up and walk as a team, be it with your small group, men's group, women's group, family, or individuals. We hope you will join the Crossroads family for the Walk for Life.
Foster Care Family Event: Join us on September 14th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Crossroads parking lot. This fun event is designed to bless and love on foster children living in SCV and the families caring for them. Volunteers for the day of the event and sponsors are needed. We are specifically looking for volunteers to help with face painting, balloon art, bounce houses, fun activities and other service opportunities.
