Worship & Sermon Focus: For 2019, our services will focus on our time of worship through song and the study of God’s word. Announcements will be made at the end of service. In addition, all offering and connection card collections will take place at the offering stations located throughout our worship center and lobby. Please make an effort to stay until the end of service so you do not miss any important announcements.

Santa Clarita Christian School: There is no better way to get to know a community than to visit! SCV families who are interested in a Christian school education for their child/ren are invited to Discover SCCS on Monday, January 28th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The event will begin with a short information session about the curriculum, followed by campus tours. Families will have the opportunity to talk to students, meet administrators and teachers and ask lots of questions. GROW MINISTRY
The Pursuit Women’s Conference: Join us January 25 & 26 at Crossroads Community Church for the Pursuit Conference featuring our guest speaker, Elyse Fitzpatrick. We are excited to hear from Elyse, who has authored 23 books on daily living and the Christian life. Mandie Pinto-Czarnecki, a local worship artist, will be back again this year to lead us in worship throughout the conference.
The $75 conference fee includes dessert Friday night, a light breakfast Saturday morning, a catered lunch on Saturday, and snacks throughout. Come to be encouraged, equipped, and refreshed! Man Up Conference: Men, our fourth annual Man Up Conference is coming! Our special guest speaker is Crawford Loritts, senior pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, GA. Pastor Lorittis is a passionate speaker and has been challenging men to Biblical Manhood for over 30 years. He has preached throughout the US, Asia, Europe and more. He also has been the featured speaker at Super Bowls and the Pentagon. Crawford has written many books hosts two national radio programs.
The conference kicks off at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, March 15, with award winning BBQ by Dan! Come back the following morning, March 16 at 8:15 a.m. for a time of teaching and enjoy a mid-morning meal. GO MINISTRY
2019 Go Teams Interest: We still have several openings for our 2019 upcoming Go mission teams this summer! We plan to go to Mexico, Haiti, and Hope Gardens in Sylmar, CA. Our Mexico trip is currently scheduled for July 7-12 and Haiti is scheduled for July 11-20. The date for Hope Gardens is still TBD. These teams include VBS, ministering at the local orphanage, evangelism, and various service projects. NEXGEN MINISTRY - Birth to Sixth Grade
Daddy Daughter Dance: Daughters (suggested grades 1st – 6th) and their fathers (or male relative or family friend) are invited for dinner and a dessert contest on Friday, February 22 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Cost is $30 per person. UP Youth Group: UP will be starting February 5 – April 9. UP is open to all kids 4 years old through 6th grade. We meet from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. for 10 weeks on Tuesday nights. You do not need to sign up, just show up.
UP Serving Opportunity: We are looking for people interested in serving in UP (4 years old - 6th grade) for 10 weeks on Tuesday nights beginning February 5. Please email nexgen@lifeatcrossroads.org if interested.
