This Sunday, Pastor Todd continues his series on the book of Jonah. Today’s sermon is entitled “Plant” based on Jonah 4:1-8. Next Sunday, Pastor Todd will conclude his series on the book of Jonah looking at Jonah 4:9-11.

Care Offering: No doubt you have heard and seen the coverage of the massive Carr Fire that is raging in the northern part of our state. We are in contact with the pastoral staff at Redding Christian Fellowship where 150 families have been displaced and 10 families have lost everything. 100% of our Care Offering today will be sent to Redding Christian Fellowship for use within their congregation and the community at large. Please be in prayer for RCF and the residents of Shasta County as they continue to fight the flames and rebuild their communities.
GROW MINISTRY
Women’s Summer Nights: Women of Crossroads, please join us this summer as we come together to spend time in worship and teaching, as well as dessert and community with other women. Mark your calendar for August 24 from 7-9 pm. The cost is $5. You can sign up in the lobby, or online at www.lifeatcrossroads.info.
Cherish Marriage Conference: We are excited to present the Cherish Marriage Conference for all who wish to enrich their marriage in fresh ways, regardless of how long you have been together. Come join Gary Thomas, bestselling author and international speaker, as he teaches on his newest book on marriage, Cherish.
The conference will be Friday night and Saturday, September 7-8 and run from 7 pm to 9 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 am to 12 pm on Saturday, September 8. Limited childcare will be available and will be first come first serve. Save the date to sign up by July 31 for the limited time price of $99 per couple! Starting August 1, the price will be $115 per couple.
Man Up Summer Breakfast: Men, join us on Saturday morning, August 11, for some fellowship over breakfast burritos followed by hearing from one of our elders, Dan Waldeck. Dan is going to share with us the story of what the Lord has done in his life and family that has led him to where he is today. It is going to be a great time of encouragement and sharpening with the men of Crossroads. The cost is $10, and you can sign up at lifeatcrossroads.info or the Registration Cart in the lobby.
GO MINISTRY
Go Spotlight: John and Ramie Book serve as one of our local Go partners, reaching the international students of UCLA, USC, and other campuses throughout Los Angeles. Their mission is to share Christ with the international students of these schools that they may come to Christ and will return to their home country as influencers. Whether on the campus, in the dorm, or housing out in town, the Books are fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples of the students the Los Angeles area.
COLLEGE MINISTRY
Our college ministry (Oxford Fellowship) meets Sunday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the church loft. Please follow Oxford Fellowship on Instagram at @oxfordfellowship to see all updates regarding our meeting times and locations.
ELEVATE MINISTRY - Jr. High and High School
Elevate Surf Club: Third Saturday of the month, $5 – Surf Club is for students who can surf or who want to learn. We meet outside the church office at 8:00 a.m. We check the surf report, and then head out to the beach with the gnarliest waves! You need to bring $5, a wetsuit, a board, and money for food. If you don’t have a board, we have a few to lend. Surf Club usually returns around 6:30 p.m. Hey parents, we need drivers if you want to join us!
