This Sunday, Pastor Darryl Delhousaye will begin a series on Joy entitled “An Introduction to Joy,” in Philippians 1:1-11. Next week, Pastor Darryl will continue the series on Joy entitled “Joy in a Sovereign Hand,” in Philippians 1: 12-20.

Summer Sports Camp at TMU: The Master's University has opened registration for its annual summer sports camps. Master’s will offer basketball, baseball, soccer and volleyball camps at various dates throughout June and July. Led by TMU’s elite coaching staff, the camps provide opportunities for boys and girls ages 6-14 (9-18 for volleyball) to improve their skills. Visit GoMustangs.com for more information.

Believer’s Baptism: Have you committed your life to Christ but never taken the step of baptism? We want to invite you to join us during all three morning services on Sunday, June 17, for the Believer's Baptism. Sign up today at www.lifeatcrossroads.info or at the Registration cart on a Sunday morning. Everyone over 18 who desires to be baptized must attend the Baptism Class on Sunday, June 3 at 11:00 a.m. Details will be emailed to participants after they have registered. Anyone under the age of 17 must meet with a pastor prior to baptism. They will be contacted by a pastor after they have registered. Please email info@lifeatcrossroads.org with any questions.
GROW MINISTRY
Caring Hearts Widows Ministry: Caring Hearts is a ministry for finding hope, comfort, and healing again after the loss of a husband. Women who are grieving do not need to walk alone. Let others who have experienced losing a husband help you during this difficult time in your life. This small group will begin on May 24, so please please email grow@lifeatcrossroads.org if you are interested in joining!
Women’s Summer Nights: Women of Crossroads, please join us this summer as we come together - one special night each month - to spend time in worship and teaching, as well as dessert and community with other women. Put these dates on your calendar and join us for one, two, or all three Friday nights: June 29, July 20, and August 24 from 7-9 pm. The cost is $12 per night. Cherish Marriage Conference: We are excited to present the Cherish Marriage Conference for all who wish to enrich their marriage in fresh ways, regardless of how long you have been together. Come join Gary Thomas, bestselling author and international speaker, as he teaches on his newest book on marriage, Cherish.
The conference will be Friday night and Saturday, September 7-8 and run from 7 pm to 9 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 am to 12 pm on Saturday, September 8. Limited childcare will be provided and will be first come first serve. Save the date to sign up soon for the limited time price of $99 per couple!

ELEVATE MINISTRY - Jr. High and High School
Summer Block Party: Join us on the patio on Wednesday, June 6 from 7:00-9:00 pm. There will be free Chic-Fil-A, an outdoor concert featuring 3 bands, lawn games, and summer essential giveaways. Elevate Surf Club: Third Saturday in Junel, $5 – Surf Club is for students who can surf or who want to learn. We meet outside the church office at 8:00 a.m. We check the surf report, and then head out to the beach with the gnarliest waves! You need to bring $5, a wetsuit, a board, and money for food. If you don’t have a board, we have a few to lend. Surf Club usually returns around 6:30 p.m. Hey parents, we need drivers if you want to join us!
NEXGEN MINISTRY - Birth to 6th Grade
VBS: Join us for a fun-filled week of connecting with God’s word through the story of Daniel. Any kids entering 1st grade through entering 7th grade are invited to Vacation Bible School. VBS runs 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from July 9-13. The cost is $12 per child and you can register through Sunday, July 1st at www.lifeatcrossroads.info. After June 25th, the cost will be $17 per child.
VBS Volunteers: Please help us lead children in a fun-filled week of connecting with God’s word through the story of Daniel. We need volunteers in a variety of areas. Vacation Bible School Volunteer Meeting: All VBS volunteers please join us for a meeting on Sunday, June 24, at 6:00 pm and on Sunday, July 8, at 6:00 pm to discuss the details of VBS.
NexGen Angeles Crest Christian Summer Camp: August 3-5. Open to incoming 4th incoming 6th graders. Cost is $200. Sign up through July 22 at www.lifeatcrossroads.info. For more information, please email nexgen@lifeatcrossroads.org.
