All students and staff attending Elevate Summer Camp must be screened for active signs of the flu or other communicable diseases.  This is a clinic type processes, campers will be screened in the order they have arrived. All outstanding balances and paperwork will be collected at this time.

Campers not paid in full, or with missing paperwork will not be screened and will not be able to attend camp. No refunds will be made if this should occur.
