Mandatory screening for all students and staff attending Elevate Summer Camp. 

First come, first seen clinic styled screening. Your student will be screened for visible signs of the flu or other active signs of a communicable disease. This is NOT a check-up. 

Students and staff that are not screened on this day will NOT be allowed to attend summer camp and no refunds will be made.
