The Premarital Ministry at Crossroads allows engaged or seriously dating couples the unique opportunity to learn biblical principles, seek wisdom and receive counsel about marriage in an engaging and authentic environment.

Premarital Mentoring

Premarital Mentoring gives couples a chance to learn from an experienced married couple. Couples will complete an online assessment that will to used as a guide during the mentoring process. Couples will be asked to sign a purity contract (see Slack) the first-time meeting with the mentor couple.  The couple and mentors will meet approximately 6 times to review the assessment results and work through a corresponding workbook or other material that Crossroads Community Church supports. The dates / times / location of each meeting will be determined by both couples. It is ideal if the premarital process is started at least 6 months before the wedding. Hope Before We Say I Do Class

The Premarital Class lays a biblical foundation for and focus on understanding God’s design for marriage. This classroom setting will give couples the opportunity to address common marriage questions and challenges from a biblical perspective. Classes include teaching, discussion, and weekly homework.

Crossroads hosts this study in the Spring and Fall semesters. Registration opens in January for the Spring semester and August for the Fall semester.  Visit the link here for more information.
