2018 Year-End Financial Goal: Our 2018 budget was challenging to nail down as we entered a brand new campus. Yet God was good to us by helping us land on exactly the number we need in 2018. If we can hit our budget by the end of December we will finish the year flush. Our December giving need is $650k. Would you prayerfully consider an over and above year-end gift to Crossroads?
2018 Year-End Giving: As 2018 comes to a close, we want to thank you for your faithful financial support of Crossroads. We want to make sure you are aware of IRS rules that determine how we record charitable contributions. To qualify as 2018 contributions, offerings must be received by December 31, 2018. Offerings sent by mail must be postmarked on or before December 31, 2018. In addition to cash gifts, there are a number of ways to support the ministry of Crossroads with non-cash gifts. For more information on non-cash contributions, please contact Denny Trothing at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Go Spotlight: Connect2 Ministries was begun by Crossroads member, Greg Barshaw, and works to connect churches in the United States with churches in the developing world. Through these partnerships, teams are sent on mission trips to their orphanage homes, where they can help provide resources, do maintenance work on the buildings, and love the children in the homes. The ministry currently has two homes for homeless, orphaned, and at-risk children in Haiti. They are also currently building the Vocational Training Center, which will empower both the local community and the children in the homes as they reach adulthood by offering education in practical skills such as tailoring, auto mechanics, baking and animal husbandry, as well as small business management.
Cookies for Union Rescue Mission Overcomer's Dinner: We need volunteers to bake homemade Christmas cookies for the annual Christmas party for the men enrolled in The Christian Life Discipleship program! Cookies are due back to the office by Wednesday, December 5. Sign up at the Christmas table in the lobby or at lifeatcrossroads.org/christmas.
