Christmas for Our Missionaries

As Christmas approaches, we want to bless our global Go partners with a special gift. During the month of November, you can visit the table in our lobby and give to any of our global missionaries. You can also give online on Pushpay by giving to Missions and writing "Christmas" in the memo line. Please email with any questions.

Union Rescue Mission

We need volunteers to bake Christmas cookies for the Union Rescue Mission's annual Christmas Party to the men enrolled in The Christian Life Discipleship program. Sign up to bake 2-3 dozen cookies at or in our lobby. Please drop your cookies off at the church office no later than Wednesday, December 6.

Fingers of God Ministry

Fingers of God is a Go Partner ministry of Crossroads, serving local convalescent homes and the Santa Clarita Post Acute Hospital in Newhall every Saturday at 10 a.m. This ministry seeks to share Christ’s love and compassion with the elderly members of our community. Fingers of God focuses on those who are bedridden and lonely. If you’re interested in serving, please contact Daniele Kosanke at or call 661- 310-4922.

Go Partner Spotlight

For the month of November, we are honored to highlight John and Holly Reed, members of Crossroads, and their ministry with AWANA Lifeline. John serves as the primary point of contact for our Malachi Dads ministry to the inmates of Pitchess Detention Center. He helps coordinate and teach Bible studies to the men there, showing them what it means to be in a relationship with God and how to be a godly parent. AWANA Lifeline’s hope and goal is to see families restored, first with God, and secondly with each other so that the next generation will walk in obedience to the Lord.

She reaches a wide audience speaking at conferences, sharing on her blog, Chrystal's Chronicles, writing for Proverbs 31 Ministries, and by teaching and leading women in her home church. Register today at or at the table in our lobby!

Elevate Surf Club: Third Saturday in November, $5 – Surf Club is for students who can surf or who want to learn. We meet outside the church office at 8:00 a.m. We check the surf report, and then head out to the beach with the gnarliest waves! You need to bring $5, a wetsuit, a board, and money for food. If you don’t have a board, we have a few to lend. Surf Club usually returns around 6:30 p.m. Hey parents, we need drivers if you want to join us!

Elevate Christmas Fundraiser

For six weeks, beginning November 19 until December 24, Elevate will be raising funds for the new Elevate Warehouse.  Rather than simply raising money, we have decided to give our church body the ability to donate directly to items that will be used in our new space.  There will be a Christmas tree set up in the lobby decorated with all the items or “ornaments” needed for our space.  Everything from chairs to lights, board games to group games, and bar stools to lockers! You can browse the tree, locate the dollar amount for this item on the back of the “ornament” and decide what you would like to gift.  Once you have decided, you can take the “ornament” off the tree and purchase it in the lobby.

NexGen Laser Tag Family Party

On Sunday, November 19th, from 5:30–8:30 p.m., please join us for a NexGen family event at Valencia Laser Blast. You will enjoy unlimited laser tag, pizza, and drinks. Sign up through Eventbrite or at NexGen check-in. For more information, please email

Ten is a mission we launched on our ten-year anniversary, when the Crossroads family, by God's grace, commits to giving our lives away in three ways. First, is by planting ten healthy Bible-teaching churches. Second, is to build out and pay off the Valencia Crossroads' main campus within the next ten years. Last, is to identify, select, and financially underwrite the cost to send ten teenage orphans to the Master's University. Join us. Together, we can invest in the future today by making your check out to TEN or donating online at All contributions to Ten are tax-deductible under IRS guidelines.
