Christmas Eve Eve and Eve Services:

Come join us and worship the birth of our Savior during our Christmas Services! We will have two services at 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on both December 23rd and 24th. After each service, join us for fellowship and fun on the patio with a live band, Christmas-themed refreshments, and snow to play in! Let us know which service you and your family plan to attend by registering here.

Spanish Ministry:
The Spanish Ministry is currently on break and will resume on January 20, 2022.

We want to make sure you are aware of IRS rules that determine how we record charitable contributions. To qualify as 2021 contributions, offerings sent by mail must be postmarked on or before Friday, December 31, 2021. In addition to cash gifts, there are a number of ways to support the ministry of Crossroads with non-cash gifts such as stocks, 401(k) contributions, and other assets. Make plans to join us at Crossroads this Friday night, December 10th at 6:00 PM for a special Christmas concert featuring recording artists: Lynda Tait Randle and Michael Tait. Lynda and Michael are relatives of Crossroads members: Rudy and Angie Neal. Doors open at 5:00 PM and the concert begins at 6:00 PM. Please note that registration is currently full. Anyone without a ticket is encouraged to join us in person in one of our overflow venues (Tabernacle, Loft, and Student Center).

Valencia Park Executive Center (VPEC), located at 25115 Avenue Stanford, has been an important and friendly neighbor to Crossroads Community Church through our shared parking agreement. Since acquiring the building, the new ownership team has developed excellent tenant relations with personal attention and focus on helping local businesses succeed. VPEC is dedicated to serving tenants based on the guiding principles of integrity, respect and accountability.

Originally built for Lockheed Martin in 1983, VPEC can accommodate tenants ranging from large institutions to individual private offices. VPEC offers a professionally managed building, with onsite support services, landscaped courtyard and expansive window line. VPEC is also offering free rent incentives for new tenants. Office suites currently range between 700 to 7,000 square feet, with potentially up to 13,000 square feet for a full floor tenant, subject to availability. GO MINISTRY

Children's Hunger Fund Food Pak:
Come join us on Thursday, November 4th and Sunday, November 7th an hour before and an hour after the services as we will be partnering with Children’s Hunger Fund to pack roughly 2,000 Food Paks to help those in need. All ages are welcome to attend this event under the tent.

The Food Paks will be sent to the Philippines, where there is tremendous need. As already one of the top 10 poorest nations in the world, Coronavirus has devastated the nation’s economy. The local church is struggling to meet the challenge, and CHF is responding by sending thousands of Food Paks to equip local churches to provide hunger relief and most importantly the hope of the gospel. Join us to serve this critical need!

Poverty Encounter:
Come join us at the Poverty Encounter. This 75 minute tour experience highlights real stories of children living in Guatemala, Haiti, Nepal and Romania. Our free spots for Sunday, November 7th are all full. We do have a few other dates available (November 20th/23rd and December 15th/18th) at the group rate of $7/ticket. Evangelism Training:
How do we start gospel conversations? What are the best verses to use? How should we respond to questions that are asked? Those questions and many more may come to mind when you think about evangelism. Join us on Sunday, November 14th at 10:45 AM in Classroom A for a time of training where we will cover many of the tools and techniques for telling others about Jesus. Be ready for an encouraging time together as we grow in faithfulness and boldness with the gospel. Sign up today!

In addition to cash gifts, there are a number of ways to support the ministry of Crossroads with non-cash gifts such as stocks, 401(k) contributions, and other assets. Our UP ministry meets on Thursday nights, 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM. The UP Kid's program includes Bible teaching, worship, and fun games and is open to all kids 5 years old through 6th grade. GO MINISTRY

Children's Hunger Fund Food Pak:
Come join us on GO Sunday! We will be partnering with Children’s Hunger Fund to pack roughly 2,000 Food Paks to help those in need on Sunday, November 7th from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. All ages are welcome to attend this event under the tent.

The Food Paks will be sent to the Philippines, where there is tremendous need. As already one of the top 10 poorest nations in the world, Coronavirus has devastated the nation’s economy. The local church is struggling to meet the challenge, and CHF is responding by sending thousands of Food Paks to equip local churches to provide hunger relief and most importantly the hope of the gospel. Join us to serve this critical need!

Our UP ministry meets on Thursday nights, 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM. The UP Kid's program includes Bible teaching, worship, and fun games and is open to all kids 5 years old through 6th grade. PLUS Ministry Volunteers:
PLUS Ministry is a fully inclusive NexGen experience for children who have special needs. We are looking for volunteers to help in NexGen on Sundays to be a buddy to our special needs kids. UP:
Our UP ministry has moved to Thursday nights, 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM. The UP Kid's program includes Bible teaching, worship, and fun games and is open to all kids 5 years old through 6th grade. Childcare is offered for kids under 5 years of age. Please register here for kids and volunteers for UP as well as for childcare.

Mario Cart Tournament!:
Third–sixth graders and their parents are invited to join us for our Mario Cart Tournament on Friday, October 8th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM! Register before October 4th and save $5.00. The cost is $10.00 per person through Sunday, October 3rd and $15.00 per person through Thursday, October 7th. Pizza and drinks will be served! At least one parent is required to attend, this is not a drop off event.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON OCTOBER 7TH, AND THERE WILL BE NO AT THE DOOR SALES. ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 60 PARTICIPANTS.

A Message from the Crossroads Elders:
Please know that the Crossroads Elders are monitoring the ever-changing Covid landscape and we will communicate to the congregation if and when we feel changes need to be made to our overall ministry approach. For now, we are continuing with our regular on-campus and live stream worship options (no mandatory masks or distancing). In the meantime, when it comes to ministry and worship participation, we are trusting each Crossroads attender to make the very best decision for their individual family. STAY FAITHFUL!

Fall Grow Conference:
Join us and speaker Daniel Henderson for our Fall Grow Conference on Saturday, October 2nd! We want to see the Spirit of God revive us, revive our community, and revive our nation. We play a vital part in the spiritual awakening of our churches and communities. Come and discover the privilege God has entrusted to us in prayer and revival! Breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM followed by a morning of revival and prayer, all wrapping up by 12 noon.
